Gov. Jim Doyle will be in the Fox Valley today to announce creation of 120 jobs at two area businesses.
Doyle will be at Illinois Tool Works, also known as Miller Electric, in Appleton at 10 a.m. where he is expected to announce that the company will create 50 new jobs.
He is also expected to announce that Coating Excellence International in Wrightstown will add more than 70 workers.
Both announcements are part of Doyle's Grow Wisconsin program.
Also today, he will travel to TIDI Products in Neenah where he will announce that the company will receive a Wisconsin Technical College System Workforce Advancement Training Grant. The program helps workers upgrade their skills and move up the career ladder.
